Join and contribute to the Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Community in Paris, May 2017

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

WCMISST has been occurring every other year since 2008 and has become a high place to present, share, and discuss minimally invasive spine surgery matters. We enjoyed a huge academic and international success in Paris in June 2014 with 500+ participants from 56 countries, and the meeting was highly appreciated by the whole Spine and MISS community.

Facing suggestions and strong demand from our peers and the industry, we decided with the WCMISST Association board to introduce a new "intermediate" meeting as soon as spring 2017 in Paris, making WCMISST a yearly meeting with a smaller, more practically oriented, more technology driven event occurring on uneven years.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME

The preliminary list of confirmed speakers is now available online.

The program will include the following topics:

• Endoscopic spine procedures
• Minimally invasive fusion
• Minimally invasive percutaneous spine fixation
• Vertebral augmentation and its developments
• Spine Imaging and new applications with navigation and 3D Imaging including preoperative devices
• Sacro-Iliac pain and management
• Non fusion devices
• Biology, stem cells, BMP

EUMS ACCREDITATION

WCMISST Paris 2017 will be seeking for approval from the European Association Council for Continuing Medical Education in Brussels (EACCME), an institution of the UEMS, to provide EACCME credits for the attendance at the scientific sessions. Details will be available as soon as possible.
